Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport in Liberia is the second largest of Costa Rica's four international airports.  If you are planning a beach vacation on Costa Rica's Pacific coast then the Liberia Airport is your most convenient arrival option.  The airport was named for Daniel Oduber Quiró, who was the president of Costa Rica from 1974 until 1975.
